3 Day Split is a mini program designed for anyone who wants to achieve full-body results with just 3 routines of between 30 and 50 minutes per week. Whether you’re just starting out or have been working out for a while, Autumn’s unique training style will encourage you to stay motivated to give your all in every move, sweat non-stop, and achieve your goals.

What are the routines like?

For four weeks, you will do three simple but effective routines per week that will help you achieve results. And getting started with the 3 Day Split is very easy: you just need a set of dumbbells. Autumn will help you work your entire body with six different types of routines:

  • Build Up: focused on working the shoulders, arms, chest and back, added to active cardio recovery intervals to optimize muscle growth and endurance.
  • Base Camp: just five movements and three rounds to work glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves. Get ready to feel the burning in your lower body!
  • Front Focused: with heavier weights to work the front muscles (especially pecs, biceps and quads) before finishing with a final exercise to sculpt the core.
  • Rear View: Shift the focus to the back of your body with exercises that focus on your “posterior chain,” helping you develop strength, power, and stability that you can leverage beyond your routines.
  • Power Sculpt: With combined moves that engage multiple muscles at different joints, this full-body resistance routine will ignite your metabolism while you build strength from head to toe.
  • High 5’s Cardio: Put the dumbbells aside for this bodyweight-only cardio session. They are two circuits of five movements that will leave you sweating, smiling and feeling stronger than ever.
